The primary purpose of going to school is to acquire knowledge that will positively change behaviour for good and for life achievements.  Success in academics remains a significant determinant of future prospects for progress and prosperity.  Diligent students take academic activities as their major business and pursue this rigorously, without distractions. But most students are busy here and there at the expense of their academic goals. They mind other people's business by dabbling into matters that never concern them.  These students wander about from class to class (during school hours) and from house to house (after school hours), engaging in unprofitable discussions.  Their major preoccupations include noise making in the class, trouble making in the school and many other unwholesome activities.  They never mind their real business.

Why do you go to school? What do you do when you get to school? Sincere answers to these two questions are essential for your academic success.  If you walk about in school instead of working and studying or you enjoy recreational activities than reading your books; your academic success is at stake. Do not be deceived, you can only achieve success if you concentrate on your goals and pursue them without any distractions.  The pathway to success is to face your studies with diligence and a disciplined, well- focused lifestyle. Adhering to a practical time-table will help you to avoid unprofitable use of your time. Learn to mind your business.  Let your priority be set right at all times

Challenge:       Progress comes through rightly directed           priorities

Prayer:            Help me oh Lord to always mind my business
